Principal Apologizes For Trespassing
Tyhee Elementary School Principal Lyla Ann Wolfenbarger has apologized to a man for trespassing on his property last month.
In return, Richard Clothier agreed to drop his complaint, which alleged that Wolfenbarger entered his property posted with no trespassing signs on the morning of Feb. 2 and defecated.
Wolfenbarger’s apology came during a pretrial conference Tuesday at the Bannock County Courthouse.
Wolfenbarger had pleaded innocent to the charge.
“I want to thank my colleagues, family and friends for their support,” she said after the charge was dropped.
Clothier said he was glad the case had been resolved amicably.
