New Huckleberry’s Store Opening April 3

From Staff And Wire Reports

The second Huckleberry’s Fresh Market will open April 3 in a converted Rosauer’s store at the corner of Sprague and Sullivan.

The Spokane Valley organic and natural foods grocery will be 35,000 square feet, twice as big as Huckleberry’s first store at Lincoln and 9th on the South Hill

The second Huckleberry’s will have the same departments as the first, but will have a broader selection because of its increased size. The extra room also allows Huckleberry’s to expand seating in its cafe, The Bistro, and there will be classroom space for courses on cooking and nutrition.

The new store also will have a pharmacy, which the South Hill store does not have.
