Chargers Sign Martin

The San Diego Chargers re-signed Tony Martin to a one-year contract, ensuring the return of the team’s leading receiver from last season.

Martin caught 85 passes for 1,171 yards and 14 touchdowns in 1996, his fourth year with the Chargers after five years with the Miami Dolphins.
