Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Anglea R. Johnson 21, Spokane, non-sufficient funds check fraud (four counts), $5,000 bond.

Michael I. Porter 31, Rathdrum, failure to appear/felony driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

K.A. Rowland 25, Rathdrum, non-sufficient funds check fraud, $2,500 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Laurence C. Black 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, contempt and failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $543 bond, two days in jail.
