Area Sophomores Selected For Hugh O’Brian Seminar

Several Eastern Washington students were selected most outstanding high school sophomores and will represent their schools at the Eastern Washington Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar at Gonzaga University on June 5-8.

LeAnn Luiten received a scholarship from The Order of United Commercial Travelers of America.

Luiten, a special education teacher in the East Valley School District, is studying for a master’s degree in special education at Gonzaga University.
