Mr. And Mrs. Schluter Spokane

Carl and Bernie Schluter will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a gathering May 18 at 2 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Gene and Donna Schluter, Fairfield; Carolee and Ervin Madson, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; Anita and Joe Lucenti, Colbert; Gwynne and Al Forgey, Mead; Virgil and Becky Schluter, Moscow, Idaho; and Lyle and Lynn Schluter, Elk, Wash.

The Schluters were married May 22, 1937, in Spokane. They have 22 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
