Lowe-Foley Spokane

Wedding vows were exchanged by Jill Chrysann Foley and Vaughn Eugene Lowe in a recent ceremony at The Gathering Place.

Jim and Betty Foley, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Lowe is the son of Dennis and Cheryl Peters, Rosalia, Wash.

A reception was at Cavanaugh’s River Inn. The Lowes are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Pennsylvania.
