Local Students Honored For Academic Achievements

The University of Idaho chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta, the general university freshman honorary society, has recognized local students for their academic achievement. Students must have completed at least 12 credit hours with a minimum grade-point average of 3.50. Students and their hometowns are listed.

Coeur d’Alene: Patrick Barclay, an instrumental music major and son of Alexander and Cheryl Barclay; and Jerrid Keefer, a production operations management major and son of Ronald and Carolyn Keefer.

Hayden Lake: James Cultra, a chemical engineering major and son of James and Barbara Cultra.

Hope: Donella Pratt, a landscape architecture student and daughter of James and Carleen Pratt.

Moscow: Jacquelyn Bainbridge, a journalism/mass communications major and daughter of Clark and Christine Bainbridge; Michael Forbes, a general studies major and son of Lonnie and Alexia Forbes; Amanda Hess, a veterinary science major and daughter of Herbert and Jane Hess; Amy Jordan, an elementary education major and daughter of Kenneth and Barbara Jordan; Jeannine Korus, a freshman elementary education major and daughter of Roger and Jean Korus; Mahmodd Sheikh, a marketing major and son of Abdul-Mannan Sheikh; and Summer Steele, a human resources management major and daughter of Michael and Dawn Pebley.
