Compiled From Wire Services

Russian author Alexander Solzhenitsyn suffered a minor heart attack, a spokeswoman disclosed Monday after the 78-year-old Nobel laureate left a Moscow hospital.

“Alexander Isayevich is now feeling better and doctors considered his condition stable enough to let him recuperate at home,” said Munira Razova of Solzhenitsyn’s Russian Public Foundation.
