Former NBA and Washington State player Don Collins owes $258,000 in child support, prosecutors said.

A Lucas County grand jury has indicted Collins, 38, who was born and raised in Toledo, on one count of failing to pay child support.

He was being held in the Lucas County jail on $500,000 bond.

Collins, a forward and guard, was the Atlanta Hawks’ first-round draft choice out of WSU in 1980.
