Dear Heloise: Like most, my address book is full of names. In order to make things a bit easier for my son and daughter when “that time” comes, I have put a star against the names of those people who should be notified and those who would care to know of my passing. Bettie Zimmerman, Scotch Plains, N.J.

How thoughtful of you. Many times the address book is the first thing one looks for.
