Pullman retained third place and created a logjam in fourth place with a 16-14, 15-12, 8-15, 15-5 Great Northern League volleyball win over visiting Chewelah on Saturday.

Jessica Wolfson had nine kills and 16 digs for the Greyhounds (6-4), who have clinched a berth in the six-team district field.

The Cougars (5-6) dropped into a fourth-place tie with Deer Park and Lakeside. The trio has a two-match edge on seventh-place Medical Lake (3-8) with three matches left.
