Crown Pacific Profits Jump 14.5 Percent

Crown Pacific Partners L.P. reported third-quarter 1997 net income of $6.8 million, up 14.5 percent from the same period in 1996.

For the quarter, revenues totaled $121.3 million, an increase of 11.5 percent over the third quarter a year ago. Cash flow for the quarter was $30.6 million, compared with $29.4 million in the third quarter of 1996.

Portland-based Crown Pacific reported net income of $20.8 million on revenues of $364.1 million for the first nine months of 1997. This compares with net income of $14.5 million on revenues of $289.4 million for the same 1996 period. , DataTimes
