Woman Arrested In Drug Bust

Police arrested a woman and shot and killed a dog Tuesday during a drug bust at a Spokane home.

Eight officers raided a house in the 2000 block of East Mallon about 5:45 p.m., police said. The first officer through the front door was attacked by a pit bull. Police said the officer shot and killed the dog.

Police found cocaine and methamphetamine in the home, and arrested an unidentified woman on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. , DataTimes
