35 Marijuana Plants Found Inside Home
Deputies searching a Spokane County home found 35 marijuana plants Tuesday.
Bonita M. Tate, who lives in the 3300 block of West Princeton, was booked into Spokane County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and the manufacture of a controlled substance, Spokane County sheriff’s deputies said.
Detectives raided the home about 1 p.m. Tuesday and found the plants in two hydroponic growing systems in which plants are grown in water-saturated rock wool instead of soil, deputies said.
At least five harvested marijuana plants also were found, deputies said.
Three other adults, two elementary school-aged children and a preschooler live in the home, deputies said. The preschooler was home at the time.
No one else was arrested, deputies said. , DataTimes
