Hints From Heloise
Dear Heloise: Here’s another use for all those address stickers you receive from charitable organizations.
Put one in each of your books that you loan. Some people seem to forget to whom the books belong. So, at a glance they will know. Maybe, just maybe, you’ll get your books back. It has worked for me. Lucille Gum, Beckley, W.Va.
This is a good hint to help ensure you get your loaned books back. In fact, I try to keep a list of who I loaned a book to and also include the date. I also put the date loaned and to whom on a sticky note inside the front cover as a reminder to the borrower. - Heloise xxxx
