Dear Heloise: While I was doing a rainy-day job sorting my collection of snapshots into a good pile and a bad pile, my brain went into high gear.

Just before I tossed the bad photos into the trash, I thought, “These cost money!”

My idea to save money and have some fun is to make gift tags from those bad photos. Just fold them in half (picture side on the outside), punch a hole and add ribbon.
