Linemates Eric Lindros and John LeClair are taking different approaches to their difficulties with the Philadelphia Flyers.

On the first day of training camp in suburban Voorhees, N.J., Lindros showed up and put in a hard 90 minutes of skating.

LeClair was a no-show, leaving town with his family for what could turn into a long holdout.

The Pittsburgh Penguins agreed to terms on a new one-year contract with left wing Joe Dziedzic.

The Montreal Canadiens signed five players including defenseman David Wilkie and center Sebastien Bordeleau. The Canadiens still haven’t signed team captain Vincent Damphousse, who has missed the first two days of training camp, awaiting a new contract.
