Mr. And Mrs. Messinger Spokane

Robert “Bud” and June Messinger, Spokane, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a gathering at the Silver Legacy Casino in Reno, Nev., on Saturday.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Gary R. Messinger, and Vicki and Neil Knapp, all of Spokane; David L. Messinger, Colfax, Wash.; Lanny and Jackie Messinger, Winona, Wash.; and Bonnie and Steve Cooper, Saratoga, Calif.

The Messingers were married Sept. 4, 1937, in Opportunity. They have 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
