Alpine skiing/snowboarding
Mount Spokane is offering a spring-break deal for skiers on Monday and Thursday with its two-for-one days. Thursday is the resort’s final day of the season.

With all runs and chairs open, this is the last weekend for Red Mountain Resort in British Columbia. A special offer of one night/one lift ticket is going for $35. Sunday offers a BBQ, live music and a chance to win free season passes. Info: (250) 362-7384.
Nordic Skiing
Skiers need to be cautious with the melt on the trails. Grooming has ceased on Mount Spokane, so trails aren’t in the best shape.
Snowmobiling
Snowmobiles are heading to Lookout Pass to “Race the Face” this weekend. “Race the Face” is a side-by-side competition over a series of jumps and around S-turns that results in carving up the face of the Lookout Pass ski hill. Saturday is qualifying and Sunday determines the winner. Info: (208) 752-5022.
