Money For Mceuen Master Plan?

Write to us

The city of Coeur d’Alene has decided to spend up to $350,000 to kick-start downtown redevelopment.

Some of that money would be used to craft a plan for revamping city-owned land that stretches from City Hall to Memorial Field.

The centerpiece of that land is McEuen Field. Previous attempts to change the use of its ballfields and green space has met with intense opposition.

The city is considering appointing a McEuen Field Committee to help decide the future of the area.

It’s the beginning of an important public discussion, and we would like to hear your thoughts.
