Rocker Tommy Lee will spend six months to a year in jail for kicking estranged wife Pamela Anderson several times as she held their baby son.
The Motley Crue drummer pleaded no contest Tuesday to felony spousal abuse from the February incident. Former “Baywatch” star Anderson told police Lee repeatedly kicked her in the back and buttocks during an argument while she clung to 7-week-old Dylan.
“I’m very proud of Tommy,” said Anderson, who filed for divorce within days of the attack. “I’m happy that he took responsibility for this. I think it’s the first step towards healing.”
During three years of probation following his jail term, Lee will be barred from seeing Anderson but allowed to visit his two sons for two hours a week under supervision.
