Abc: ‘Unforgiven’ Will Battle ‘Seinfeld’

ABC has finally decided what it will do on May 14, when NBC airs its “Seinfeld” finale: It’s pulling out the big guns. Clint Eastwood’s.

The ratings-plagued network will air the 1992 Western “Unforgiven,” for which Eastwood earned a directing Oscar.

As previously reported, Fox will air reality specials against the “Seinfeld” finale, while CBS will run original episodes of “Diagnosis Murder,” “Promised Land” and “48 Hours.”
