Harmless Looking Bunny Gets The Jump On Worker

Johanna Julyan, owner of Boehm’s Chocolates and Flowers, suffered a facial cut and a bruise when a 25-pound chocolate bunny seemed to hop off a display shelf and attack her.

A store employee said the alleged assault was unprovoked.

Another possibility is that the 2-foot-tall confectionery rabbit simply toppled while Julyan was tidying up some shelves.

The bunny received a broken ear.

Never mind what the sign says: A colleague was trying to find out the exact location of a meeting scheduled to take place at Spokane’s City Hall. So she called the number for the City Hall information desk.

“Oh, I don’t have that information,” she was told. “This is just the information desk.”

Our colleague was then advised to call the city manager’s office.

Slice answer: Liberty Lake’s Bill Boaz said Jim and Barb Letson might have come closest to having a boat (45-foot Bayliner Bodega) that was bigger than their house.
