Prison Releases

The following people were released from the Washington Department of Corrections prisons during March:

Deryl Jones Sentenced in Spokane County to 17 years, one month for second-degree murder, Jones was released to Snohomish County after serving 10 years, 11 months and one day.

Bradley Roadruck Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, five months for vehicular homicide, Roadruck was released to Spokane County after serving two years, three months and 10 days.

Michael Lacaze Sentenced in Spokane County to six years for vehicular homicide, Lacaze was released to Spokane County after serving three years, 10 months and three days.

Calvin Mines Sentenced in Island County to five years for rape, Mines was released to Spokane County after serving four years and 26 days.

William Biggs Sentenced in King County to five years, eight months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Biggs was released to Spokane County after serving four years, two months and 14 days.

Charles Baker Sentenced in Stevens County to eight years for violent sexual abuse of a child, Baker was released to Spokane County after serving six years, six months and 13 days.

Andrew McCrow Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, eight months for sexual abuse of a child, McCrow was released to Spokane County after serving one year and 24 days.

Travis Homer Sentenced in Snohomish County to nine years, three months for first-degree robbery, Homer was released to Spokane County after serving eight years, six months and 20 days.

Hugo Carias Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, seven months for first-degree robbery, Carias was released to Grant County after serving one year, five months and 23 days.

Larry Christy Sentenced in Spokane County to 10 years, seven months for first-degree robbery, Christy was released to Pierce County after serving six years, six months and nine days.

Annette Steffenson Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, 11 months for first-degree robbery, Steffenson was released to Spokane County after serving one year, three months and four days.

David Ward Sentenced in King County to 14 years, eight months for first-degree robbery, Ward was released to Spokane County after serving 10 years, three months and 21 days.

Donald Downs Sentenced in Cowlitz County to six years, three months for first-degree robbery, Downs was released to Spokane County after serving four years and three months.

John Currie Sentenced in Clark County to nine years for first-degree robbery, Currie was released to Spokane County after serving six years, one month and 18 days.

Allen Mason Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, two months for first-degree robbery, Mason was released to Spokane County after serving one year, 11 months and two days.

Scott Skylstad Sentenced in Spokane County to seven years, five months for first-degree robbery, Skylstad was released to Spokane County after serving six years, seven months and 22 days.

Wayne Gillmere Sentenced in Spokane County to 10 years, two months for first-degree robbery, Gillmere was released to Whatcom County after serving six years, nine months and 25 days.
