Does the fact that lots of people around here run with their dogs mean Spokane area pooches tend to be in better shape than the national average? Probably not. Dogs accompany joggers in other parts of the country, too.
But perhaps this area has the highest percentage of training-partner dogs operating on the mistaken assumption that they’re going to get T-shirts.
