Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Joseph A. Bunting 26, Post Falls, felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Alan D. Burtness 25, Post Falls, kidnapping, battery, $55,000 bond.

Frank P. Hritzak 33, Coeur d’Alene, nonsufficient funds checks (two counts), $5,000 bond.

Aaron J. Leigh 21, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of amphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Kelo R. Smoke 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended, open container, $10,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Joseph E. Dauphine 24, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $577 bond.

Charles C. Dolph 43, Post Falls, contempt/domestic battery, $73 bond.

Nolan E. Farnsworth II 35, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, $378 bond.

Hary C. Grider III 43, Dalton Gardens, contempt/driving under the influence, $460 bond.

Nea A. Hammell 48, Spirit Lake, contempt/resisting arrest, $153 bond.

Douglas T. Hicks 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $73 bond.

Craig L. Huke 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $175 bond.

Thomas A. Jolly 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, shoot art decoy, $546 bond.

Jeffrey E. Jonquet 36, Rockford, contempt/inattentive driving, $273 bond.

John T. Lanway 33, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,082 bond, five days in jail.

Charity M. Lickfold 24, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended, $102 bond.

Suzanne M. Mulhall 55, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $123 bond.

Gabriel S. Olesen 18, Sandpoint, contempt/minor in possession of tobacco, $100 bond.

James D. Prior II 27, contempt/battery, $100 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://www.dmi.net/kcsd/.
