Richard And Phyllis Coats Colbert

Richard Dean and Phyllis (Henneman) Coats, Colbert, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with an open house at their home.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Stephanie and Steve Krueger, and Christopher Coats, all of Rathdrum, Idaho; Deana and Bob Warrington, Kennewick; Andrew Coats, Camano Island, Wash.; and Robin Coats, who is sailing around the world.

The couple were married Aug. 6, 1948, in Olympia. They have three grandchildren.
