Road Work Halted

FOR THE RECORD (August 14, 1998): Reason wrong: Construction work on Indian Trail Road has been halted due to a dispute between a property owner and the city of Spokane. Information beneath a Thursday photo erroneously stated the project was stopped because of interference by the landowner.
