David Hollaway Priest River, Idaho

Funeral for David Marvin Hollaway, 40, will be at 1 p.m. today at Sherman-Knapp Funeral Home in Priest River. Graveside service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Priest River.

Mr. Hollaway, who died Sunday, was born in Escondido, Calif.

He graduated from Kerney High School in San Diego and in 1976 moved to Priest River.

Mr. Hollaway was a self-employed log truck driver.

He married Kathleen Rose in Coeur d’Alene in February.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David Hollaway II; his parents, David and Annie Hollaway of Priest River; two sisters, Karen Dingerson of Sandpoint and Annette Chacon.

Elizabeth Richardson Rathdrum, Idaho

No service will be held for Elizabeth “Betty” Richardson, 77. Yates Funeral Home of Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Richardson, who was born in Holton, Kan., died Saturday.

She was raised in the San Diego area and lived in Eagle Point, Ore., before moving to Rathdrum in 1986.

Survivors include her husband, Rex; a brother, Stan Immenschuh of Pala, Calif.; two sons, Steve Richardson of Sierra Vista, Ariz., and Ron Richardson of Rathdrum; three grandchildren, Vicki Hager of Yakima, Michael Joseph of Lakeside, Calif., and Dani Ohsi of Coeur d’Alene; and one great-granddaughter, Kaeleen Marie Mallery of Coeur d’Alene.

Averil ‘Bonnie’ BonDurant Spokane

Graveside service for Averil “Bonnie” BonDurant, 97, is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday at Fairmount Memorial Park. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. BonDurant, who was born in Didsbury, Alberta, died Tuesday.

She worked for telephone companies in Alberta, British Columbia, Oregon and Washington.

Mrs. BonDurant moved to Spokane in 1939.

Her husband, George BonDurant, died in 1974.

She is survived by a sister, Rita Thornton of Chilliwack, British Columbia.

William DePell Spokane

Burial Mass for William C. DePell, 72, will be at 11 a.m. today at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lewis and Clark Memorial Gardens in Lewiston. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. DePell, who was born in Stafford Springs, Conn., died Tuesday.

He joined the Army Air Corps during World War II and was involved with the Army’s occupation of Japan.

In 1951 he married Dolores Hove in Coeur d’Alene, and in 1952 graduated from the University of Idaho.

The couple lived in Moscow, Idaho, until 1963 when they moved to Genesee, Idaho, where they farmed until their retirement in 1986.

Mr. DePell was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, the Moscow Elks Lodge No. 249, the American Legion Post No. 58 and various farm organizations.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Marla Morscheck of Pullman; a son, Fred DePell of Spokane; two sisters, Leigh Welch of San Jose, Calif., and Jeanne Clayton of Bay City, Mich.; and six grandchildren.

Delta ‘Dodie’ Archambo Kennewick

Rosary for Delta Grace “Dodie” Archambo, 73, will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick. Burial Mass is planned for 10 a.m. Monday at the Parish of the Holy Spirit in Kennewick. Burial will be at Pines Cemetery in Spokane.

Mrs. Archambo, who was born in Beaver City, Neb., died Tuesday.

She worked for Seafirst Bank for 18 years and retired as a trust supervisor in Spokane.

Mrs. Archambo moved to Kennewick about 12 years ago.

Her husband, Arne Archambo, preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, James Archambo of Kennewick and Jon Archambo of San Diego; a daughter, Linda Matheson of Kennewick; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Sally (Clark) Fry Spokane

Visitation for Sally Ann (Clark) Fry, 65, will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Spokane Valley Church of the Nazarene. Funeral is set for 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow at Spokane Memorial Gardens. Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-South is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Fry, who was born in Spokane, died Tuesday.

She graduated in 1951 from Rogers High School and worked for the Spokane Credit Bureau for many years.

In 1955 she married Vern Fry. They lived and farmed in Valleyford for 40 years.

Mrs. Fry was a member of Spokane Valley Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her husband; and a daughter, Nanci Fry of Spokane.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries or Union Gospel Mission.

Lois McCulloch Spokane

Memorial service for Lois McCulloch, 68, will be at noon Saturday at the Sans Souci West Mobile Home Park clubhouse. The Cremation Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. McCulloch, a 43-year Spokane resident, died Wednesday.

She was born in Billings, Mont., and was a homemaker.

Mrs. McCulloch is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ernest; two daughters, Sandra Kissler and Sherry Delay, both of Spokane; two sons, Rick and Chris McCulloch, both of Spokane; and four grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.

Jessica Pacello Spokane

Funeral Mass for Jessica Pacello, 14, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jessica, who was born in Seoul, South Korea, died Monday from injuries suffered in an accidental shooting.

She was an honor student and athlete at Assumption School and had been accepted into the honors program at Shadle Park High School.

She is survived by her parents, Joe and Joanne Pacello, and a sister, Jamie Pacello.

Robert Fortson Spokane

Memorial service for Robert Fortson will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Fortson residence. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Fortson, who died Tuesday from complications due to pancreatic cancer, was 49. He was born in Spokane.

Mr. Fortson worked as a radio announcer, a lumberman and was a registered counselor.

He received a bachelor’s degree in social work with a minor in alcohol and drug studies from Eastern Washington University in 1992.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two daughters, Anastasia and Robyn, both of Spokane; his father, Robert Deets of Spokane; and a granddaughter.

Ralph Foster Spokane

Private service for Ralph A. Foster, 83, will be Saturday. Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-North is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Foster, who was born in Lincoln City, Neb., died Saturday.

He graduated in 1932 from Lincoln City High School and moved to Spokane in 1950.

In 1951 he married Avis Nimz in Spokane.

He was an iron worker for 50 years and was a member of Iron Workers Union Local 14 and Eagles Lodge No. 2.

His wife died in 1995.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Wright of Elk; 12 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
