Larry and Defane DeWolf, Spokane, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 29 with a reception at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Maureen and Tim Johnson, Walla Walla; Dave and Barb DeWolf, Spokane; and Greg and Carla DeWolf, Lynnwood, Wash.

The DeWolfs were married Aug. 31, 1948, in Huron, S.D. They have five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
