Information Sought In U-Haul Theft

Secret Witness is offering a special $500 cash reward for information that helps solve the theft of a U-Haul truck filled with a family’s possessions.

The night of Dec. 2, the family parked the U-Haul outside the Motel 6 on South Rustle. Besides furnishings and a gun safe holding more than a dozen firearms, the family lost photo albums and other personal items.

The empty U-Haul was later found north of the city near Mt. Spokane Road.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their names to be eligible for the reward.
