Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Shanisy L. Miller 20, Athol, failure to appear/possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Ian C. Monroe 19, Spokane, burglary, possession of marijuana, $5,000 bond.

Nathaniel B. Schafer 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Christine E. Tucker 26, Coeur d’Alene, parole/probation violation for burglary, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

William M. Butler 36, Kellogg, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $110 bond.

Byron K. Foster 35, Prosser, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, open container, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, $500 bond, three days in jail.

Andrew R. Gage 37, Post Falls, contempt/assault, $133 bond.

Antonio Garcia 38, Post Falls, contempt/disturbing the peace, $374 bond.

Dale R. Hines 48, Liberty Lake, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $22 bond.

Stephen R. Jones 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $447 bond.

Kathryn B. Kelly 22, Spokane, contempt/battery, failure to appear/battery, disturbing the peace, $3,073 bond.

Stephen P. Lascelles 29, Spokane, contempt/excessive driving under the influence, $568 bond.

Travis J. Mathis 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, fictitious display, failure to appear/battery, driving while suspended, $2,050 bond, two days in jail.

Gordon L. Olsen 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $242 bond.

Richard W. Packard 20, Hayden, contempt/malicious injury to property, $73 bond.

Natalie C. Pellens 20, Sandpoint, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $225 bond.

Joseph A. Peralta 38, Hayden, contempt/excess speed in a no wake zone, $65 bond.

Lisa M. Shipley 25, Wardner, contempt/violation of a protection order, $150 bond.

Debra L. Turner 36, Post Falls, contempt/domestic battery, $73 bond.
