County Offices Close Early Today

Several Kootenai County offices will close at 2 p.m. today to allow employees to start Christmas Eve celebrations early.

The treasurer, auditor, voter registration, assessor, and both the Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls locations for vehicle licensing will close early.

Some departments, such as the recorder and district court are required by law to stay open.
