Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known place of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Gerald M. Knaus 28, Wheatridge, Colo., parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Caroline C. Prince 35, Post Falls, grand theft of rental property, $11,000 bond.

Dean D. Stevens 27, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Timothy K. Turnbull 39, Athol, deliver of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors
