As its heat melts the interior snow, walls wick moisture to the exterior, where it ices over. Next, bore a roof hole and push open the door block. Warm air escapes upward. Cold air rushes in to make a thin ice film on the interior wall. Close the door block. That’s it. Plenty warm. At subzero outside, two of you therein could play cribbage in your underwear.
