In what’s being hailed as a warning to paparazzi who stalk celebrities, a California judge Monday found two photographers guilty of false imprisonment for blocking Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, in their car as they drove their son to school.

Saying they had “crossed the line,” Judge Robert A. Altman pointed out the paparazzi could have caused serious health problems.

Schwarzenegger had checked out of the hospital the previous week after undergoing open-heart surgery. Shriver, who said she “felt like a caged animal,” during the incident, was five months pregnant.

“I know I didn’t do it, regardless of the judge’s opinion,” cameraman Giles Harrison said afterward. He and fellow photographer Andrew O’Brien each face up to two years in prison.
