Royal Silver Plans New Drilling Program

Royal Silver Mines this week announced plans to begin a 10,000-foot diamond drill program at its Crescent Mine near Kellogg.

The Crescent historically has produced 26 million ounces of silver and adjoins the Sunshine Mine. Spokane-based Royal Silver’s drilling program will target the westerly extension of Sunshine’s West Chance ore body.

Royal also plans a 10,000-foot drill program on its claims just north of Hecla Mining Co.’s Gold Hunter silver project at the Lucky Friday Mine in Mullan.

In other news, Royal has announced favorable results from the Manantial silver-zinc-lead project in Nayarit, Mexico. , DataTimes
