Sandor Cavanaugh, employee of Radio Shack, reported Tuesday $300 damage to the paint of his car while it was parked in the parking lot of the Silver Lake Mall, 200 Hanley Ave.

Steven Sims reported Tuesday the $1,550 theft of tools from his pickup while it was parked at his home on the 1000 block of 12th St.

Kimberly Berger reported Tuesday the $4,000 theft of a laptop computer and clothing from a former home on the 300 block of Mill Ave.

Joseph Roope, employee of Cast Away Fly Shop, reported Tuesday the $550 theft of five folding knives from the business at 350 Bosanko Drive.

Dennis Curtis reported Monday $2,200 damage to windows, a fence and a sliding glass door of the former Ernst Home and Garden Center, 225 Canfield Ave.

Denise Lucas, Hayden, reported Tuesday the $6,000 loss of a gold diamond necklace at Hayden Lake Physical Therapy, 8827 Government Way.

Deborah Bolinger, Rathdrum, reported Tuesday the $600 theft of two gold rings from her home on the 1500 block of Windsong Lane.

Kenneth Bailey, Rathdrum, reported Tuesday the $7,300 theft of cash and a laptop computer from his home on the 1900 block of Gunning Road.
