Bouncer Claims He Was Bitten By Pathon
A bouncer at a Kirkland restaurant-nightclub has filed a lawsuit against Jerome Pathon, contending the University of Washington football star bit him on the head in an altercation.
Karl Hackett filed his lawsuit Friday, seeking unspecified damages from the wide receiver for pain, discomfort and emotional distress.
Pathon, 22, already faced a charge of criminal assault in the incident. He entered an Alford plea in Kirkland Municipal Court on Jan. 27, in which he did not technically admit guilt but conceded that a jury would likely convict him. He was given a six-month deferred jail sentence.
