Julie Barlow exchanged wedding vows with Randy West in a Sept. 20 ceremony at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church.

The bride is the daughter of Earl and Dorothy Barlow, Spokane. The bridegroom is the son of Malcolm and Dolores West, Seattle.

A reception was at the Manito Golf and Country Club. The Wests are living in Redmond after a honeymoon on a Southern Caribbean cruise.
