Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael D. Baire 46, Coeur d’Alene, insurance fraud, $5,000 bond.

Antonio V. Tucker 40, Spirit Lake, Idaho, grand theft, domestic battery, $10,000 bond.

Janice S. Walker 50, Athol, Idaho, failure to appear/insurance fraud, $15,000 bond.

David C. Williamson 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Mitchel R. Bickford 35, Apache Junction, Ariz., contempt/driving while suspended, $68 bond.

Mark L. Dumos 38, Athol, Idaho, contempt/driving under the influence, $669 bond.

Robert G. Ellis Jr. 48, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, eluding, no driver’s license, fictitious display, $10,338 bond, 11 days in jail.
