Prison Releases

The following people were released from Washington Department of Corrections prisons in December:

Richard Warren Sentenced in Pierce County to 13 years, eight months for second-degree murder, Warren was released to Spokane County after serving eight years, six months and 17 days.

Lawrence Gaines Sentenced in King County to 10 years, 10 months for first-degree rape, Gaines was released to Spokane County after serving seven years and 20 days.

Randall Briscoe Sentenced in King County to four years, seven months for second-degree rape, Briscoe was released to Spokane County after serving four years, four months and 14 days.

Reuben Lyons Sentenced in Pierce County to one year, eight months for rape, Lyons was released to Spokane County after serving 10 months and 27 days.

David Baump Sentenced in Spokane County to six years, three months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Baump was released to Spokane County after serving five years, six months and nine days.

Martin Timentwa Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, three months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Timentwa was released to Spokane County after serving three years, six months and three days.

Franklin Doolittle Sentenced in Whitman County to six years, six months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Doolittle was released to Spokane County after serving five years, 10 months and two days.

David Grel Sentenced in Grays Harbor County to one year, three months for sexual abuse of a child, Grel was released to Spokane County after serving 10 months and 25 days.

Guy Campbell Sentenced in Benton County to two years, five months for sexual abuse of a child, Campbell was released to Spokane County after serving one year, seven months and three days.

Joseph Vanriper Sentenced in Spokane County to six years, three months for first-degree robbery, Vanriper was released to Spokane County after serving three years, eight months and 20 days.

Ronald Bergstrom Sentenced in King County to nine years, three months for first-degree robbery, Bergstrom was released to Spokane County after serving five years, three months and 27 days.

Mark Hunton Sentenced in King County to three years, seven months for second-degree robbery, Hunton was released to Spokane County after serving two years, two months and six days.

Vince Rupert Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months for second-degree robbery, Rupert was released to Illinois after serving five months and 16 days.

Alvin Berger Sentenced in Spokane County to one year and one month for second-degree robbery, Berger was released to Spokane County after serving six months and 10 days.

Mitchell Peterson Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for second-degree assault, Peterson was released to Spokane County after serving seven months and 18 days.

Lee Summerlin Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for second-degree assault, Summerlin was released to Spokane County after serving two years, four months and 25 days.

Bryan Devore Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, nine months for second-degree assault, Devore was released to Grant County after serving seven months and 18 days.

Christopher Wilson Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, six months for second-degree assault, Wilson was released to Spokane County after serving 10 months and 20 days.

Harold Marquette Sentenced in Clallam County to two years, five months for assault, Marquette was released to Spokane County after serving one year, four months and 12 days.

David Liles Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for arson, Liles was released to Spokane County after serving four months and 26 days.

Jeremy Forsberg Sentenced in Chelan County to five years, six months for second-degree burglary, Forsberg was released to Spokane County after serving three years, eight months and 13 days.

Eddie Hall Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, three months for second-degree burglary, Hall was released to Spokane County after serving three years, five months and 14 days.

Arnold Fisher Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, one month for second-degree burglary, Fisher was released to Spokane County after serving three years, seven months and 21 days.

Joshua Shinn Sentenced in Skagit County to one year and one month for second-degree burglary, Shinn was released to Spokane County after serving seven months and 26 days.

Joseph Cantwell Sentenced in Klickitat County to six years for drug crime, Cantwell was released to Spokane County after serving three years, nine months and 11 days.

Jessie Fisher Sentenced in Spokane County to three years for drug crime, Fisher was released to Spokane County after serving one year, 11 months and 23 days.
