Ernie, the beloved Keebler elf, makes an appearance in the form of a 25-foot balloon in front of the New York Stock Exchange earlier this week. Keebler Foods Co., based in Elmhurst, Ill., was celebrating its first listing at the hallowed market hall. Keebler is the second largest cookie and cracker manufacturer in the United States.
