Abc Prepares For Fall Lineup

ABC will rejigger its summer schedule this month to prepare for its fall lineup.

Beginning Tuesday, July 14, “Home Improvement” will move to its new time period at 8 p.m., while the canceled “Soul Man” will air at 8:30 p.m. before it ultimately is replaced this fall with the new “The Hughleys.”

On Wednesday, July 15, “Dharma & Greg” moves to 8 p.m., with “Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place” following at 8:30 as it moves to its new day and time period. For six weeks only, beginning Tuesday, July 28, “Dharma & Greg” will air at 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays - a time slot that will eventually be filled with the new “Sports Night.”

On Tuesday, July 21, “Spin City” will move to its new day and time period at 9 p.m. And beginning Thursday, Aug. 6, the midseason drama “Push” will air for five weeks at 8 p.m. before the new drama “Mr. Chapel” ultimately takes over that slot this fall.
