Spotlight: Volleyball

Bloomsday has run its course, Hoopfest is off the streets, it’s time to turn your attention to the grass and sand courts of Spokane Falls Community College and the 7th annual Spike & Dig Volleyball Tournament.

One of the largest community volleyball events in the country is expecting in excess of 175 youth and adult teams for the Aug. 1-2 renewal of the six-on-six competition.

Team fees are $120 for adults, $95 for ages 12-17. Deadline is July 20. Adult teams are all coed. There are coed and same-sex divisions in the junior high and high school levels.
