Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Wallace G. Tomason Jr. 24, Ponderay, parole violation/burglary, grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Patrick K. Youmans 23, Post Falls, parole violation/eluding, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Patrick A. Caviezel 31, Post Falls, contempt/ driving while suspended, $204 bond.

Harold L. Davis 45, Post Falls, contempt/ malicious injury to property, $150 bond.
