Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Dirk J. Hinkle 33, Missoula, Mont., disturbing the peace, $122 bond.

Albert W. Hobbs 27, Kellogg, driving under the influence, failure to carry driver’s license, $672 bond.

Dona M. Hobson 49, Rathdrum, issuing an insufficient funds check, $2,000 bond.

Robert E. Hoffman Jr. 36, Pinehurst, driving under the influence, $525 bond.

James M. Hoksbergen 39, Wallace, domestic battery, driving under the influence, driving without privileges, failure to appear/pre-trial, $1,435.

Eric D. Hooper, aka Eric D. Hopper 40, Billings, Mont., trafficking methamphetamine, concealing a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing justice, driving without a driver’s license, $15,000 bond.

Paul A. Hopkins 45, Kellogg, driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Anna L. Hoops 32, Harlem, Mont., driving without privileges, $566 bond.

Charles W. Hoover III 28, Hayden, driving without privileges, $1,000 bond.

Blane J. Hopper 18, Pinehurst, minor consuming alcohol, $100 bond.

Grover C. Hopper 48, Lower Lake, Calif., driving under the influence, $66 bond.

James D. Horn 29, Bend, Ore., driving without privileges, $297 bond.

Paul J. Horspool 46, Missoula, Mont., driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, $78 bond.

Donald A. Houle 41, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, $353 bond.

Harold G. Hubbard 48, Mt. Vernon, Wash., driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $564 bond.

Edward W. Hughs 28, Bellevue, Wash., disturbing the peace, $100 bond.

John F. Hummel Jr. 49, Spokane, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Matthew A. Hunt 26, Bowling Green, Ky., driving while suspended, unregistered vehicle, $556 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Shoshone County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
