Police Invite Youth To Summer Program

Spokane area eighth-, ninth- and 10th-graders are invited to apply for the Spokane Police Department’s summer Leadership, Education and Development program.

The goal of LEAD is to recognize and encourage the leadership potential of young people. Teens accepted into the program will spend five days at the Spokane Police Academy learning leadership skills. There will be six weeklong sessions this year beginning June 22.
