Wedding vows were exchanged by Susan Lynn Fraser and Steven Paul Kelsch in a May 25 ceremony at Foothills Chapel in Golden, Colo.

Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Fraser, Denver, are parents of the bride. Kelsch is the son of Dr. and Mrs. W.D. Kelsch, Spokane.

A reception was at the Table Mountain Inn in Golden. The couple are living in San Antonio after a honeymoon in Discovery Bay, Wash.
